Notice of Retail Supplier's licence cancellation for Pitt Town Water. This licence was cancelled at the Licensees request.
IPART remains supportive of our Rule change proposal submitted in September 2012 for the reasons that we have previously articulated. We also support SCER's proposal to base network prices on an estimate of the long run marginal cost (LRMC).
