IPART has issued a clarification notice to correct a minor error in the Final Report– Review of prices for the Water Administration Ministerial Corporation from 1 October 2021.
IPART is conducting a review of prices for Sydney Water's water, sewerage, stormwater and recycled water services from 1 July 2008. As part of its consultation IPART will conduct a public hearing in Sydney.

IPART has carefully considered the need for an additional public hearing as part of its review of prices for Hunter Water Corporation. On balance, IPART has decided not to hold another public hearing.

This clarification notice amends the Final Determination, which sets out the maximum prices that Central Coast Council can charge for water, sewerage and stormwater drainage services from 1 July 2019.
