IPART has set the maximum prices Sydney Water can charge for water and related services from 1 October 2025. 

IPART has set the maximum prices WaterNSW can charge for water and related services in Greater Sydney from 1 October 2025. 

The NSW Government has asked IPART to set appropriate maximum fares for private ferry services in Sydney, the Central Coast and NSW North Coast.

The new maximum fares will apply from 1 January 2026. 

Consumers can have input into a report on the retail electricity and gas markets in NSW by sharing their experience of new energy products and services.

We want to hear views from a range of stakeholders including households, small businesses, consumer groups, industry associations, retailers and distribution networks.
