Ratepayers and community members are invited to join our online workshop on Tuesday 1 September 2026 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

The workshop will provide an overview of IPART’s role in setting the rate peg and how the rate peg methodology works. It is an opportunity for ratepayers and community members to ask questions and provide feedback.

Have your say on potential changes to Hunter Water's operating licence.

The licence sets out the terms and conditions that Hunter Water must follow when providing water, wastewater and stormwater services to its customers across the Lower Hunter region. The licence aims to protect customers, public health, the environment and service quality.
