IPART welcomes incoming Chair Mr Anthony Wing who commenced his term on 1 July 2026.

Mr Wing brings extensive regulatory and public sector leadership experience to the role, including most recently as the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner.

Review of developer charges framework

We're reviewing the maximum prices for connecting, extending, or upgrading metropolitan water, wastewater, and recycled water services.

Interested stakeholders are welcome to provide feedback via submission by 6 July 2026.

We've set the maximum prices Central Coast Council can charge for water and wastewater services from 1 July 2026.

Prices are set for a 1-year determination period.
