AGLGN seeks to vary an existing associate contract to allow the addition of non-reference service delivery points on terms previously approved by the Tribunal. In the absence of the variation, AGLGN would be required to seek approval to add individual delivery points on each customer’s return to retailer AGL Energy Sales and Marketing.
