The Audit Guideline – Public Water Utilities (PWU Audit Guideline) sets out IPART’s expectations regarding the conduct of operational audits and provides a guide for both auditors and public water utilities (PWUs). We have updated the PWU Audit Guideline to improve the efficiency of our audit process, clarify our approach and reflect learnings from previous audits and stakeholder feedback.
