The Tribunal is reviewing the Operating Licence for Hunter Water Corporation. This paper invites submissions on matters relevant to this licence.
The Operating Licence sets out requirements that must be met by Hunter Water. The licence includes requirements concerning customer and consumer rights; water quality; system performance; water demand and supply; the environment; catchment management; complaint handling and disputes; operational audits; and pricing.
The Tribunal intends to hold a public workshop in Newcastle during November to further consult with the community on this Operating Licence.
