This Determination details the maximum prices that the NSW Office of Water can charge users for water management activities from 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2014. Due to delays in the next price determination (which have occurred at the request of the NSW Office of Water), prices will remain constant in nominal terms at 2013/14 levels until IPART’s next determination takes effect from 1 July 2016.
