IPART has determined the median retail market offer for each electricity distribution district in NSW.
The median retail market offer sets the maximum daily supply charge and usage charge that charged to residents in land lease communities that are supplied electricity through an embedded network.
Operators of land lease communities and third-party suppliers cannot charge more than these maximum prices, but they may charge less.
