What has the council proposed?
The Hills Shire Council proposes to charge a total of around $1.14 billion in developer contributions to provide the local infrastructure needed to service the Box Hill Precinct.
Overview of our findings
We found that that the required community liaison has been undertaken and that the infrastructure in the plan is essential and reasonable. The revised contributions plan meets the legislative requirements.
