We have now released the final IPART Compliance and Enforcement Policy following consultation on our draft policy. We received six submissions and have considered this feedback in drafting the final version.
Some of the changes from our draft policy are:
- Changes to infographics
- Updating the section on procedural fairness to clarify that IPART will afford procedural fairness in all instances where we take enforcement action
Updating the section on publication of compliance and enforcement information.
