This is an addendum to our Final Report on Maximum Opal Fares, which was published in November 2024. This addendum updates some of the cost recovery and efficiency measures we calculated during the review to include Sydney Metro data. It also corrects a small error relating to the bus mode for one of the measures presented in Figure 5.1.
