We will conduct a detailed and consultative process

Our Issues Paper provides relevant background information and identifies key issues to help stakeholders in understanding CCC Water’s pricing proposal, which will be published on 21 October 2025.

We welcome your feedback by completing a survey or making a submission to the Issues Paper. The survey and submissions to our Issues Paper close on 28 November 2025.

You can also register for the online public hearing for this review on 20 November 2025 here.

We will closely review CCC Water’s pricing proposal to determine whether it promotes value for money, is in the interests of customers, and delivers the outcomes customers need and want. We do this by thoroughly examining the costs and carefully considering impacts of CCC Water’s pricing proposal on household budgets, service standards, the environment, and the economy more broadly.

Our Handbook provides further information on our Water Regulation framework.
