We have prepared a Schedule that presents the user share of operating and capital costs by determination year, cost category, activity and valley used in our calculation of maximum prices for WaterNSW's regional and rural bulk water services.
This information is provided at both the aggregate and valley level for the 2021 determination period (average allowance over the period), and the 4-year 2026 determination period.
Input values and calculations for the ICD rebates are also presented by valley and includes the 2024-25 analysis for comparison.
