IPART’s terms of reference to investigate a pricing regulatory framework for interoperable electronic conveyancing transactions between Electronic Lodgment Network Operators (ELNOs) have been amended to also recommend service fees that ELNOs may charge to their subscribers. The amendments include a set of triggers to commence this work, and we will have 12 months to complete the review of ELNO service fees from the date of commencing work on it.
