The Terms of Reference are unchanged from the 2023 SDP price review
In 2022, the Minister for Water issued a revised Terms of Reference (ToR) ahead of our 2023 review, recognising SDP’s then new operating environment. For this review, a new ToR has not been issued, and therefore the 2022 ToR applies.
