APA Group Limited has lodged an application for the transfer of a gas reticulator’s authorisation held by its wholly owned subsidiary, Central Ranges Pipeline Pty Ltd, to another wholly owned subsidiary, Tamworth Gas Network Pty Ltd.
IPART is responsible for assessing applications for such transfers. After reviewing all details, including any public submissions, IPART will make a recommendation to the Minister for Energy regarding the application to transfer.
This authorisation gives the company permission to operate a gas pipeline to deliver natural gas to customers.
