This operator licence is granted under the Water Industry Competition Act 2006 (WIC Act), as varied on 17 July 2025.
Under this licence Altogether Operations Pty Ltd is authorised to construct and operate water industry infrastructure:
- For up to 16 schemes
- To supply, or produce and supply, drinking water up to 2000kL/day per scheme.
- To capture and treat stormwater for the production, supply and use of recycled water up to 2000kL/day per scheme.
- To collect and treat sewage for the production, supply and use of recycled water up to 5000kL/day per scheme.
- To collect and treat groundwater for the production, supply and use of water up to 200kL/day per scheme.
The licence is subject to conditions set in the WIC Act, the Water Industry Competition (General) Regulation 2024 and the licence.
