Sydney Catchment Authority (SCA) is a Statutory Corporation representing the Crown, wholly owned by the NSW Government. Its primary role is to provide bulk water supply services for the benefit of Sydney and surrounding urban areas.
This report details the findings and recommendations to the Minister of IPART’s 5-year review of Central Park Water’s Network Operator’s Licence. We recommend varying the licence to bring it into line with our standard licence template.

We are undertaking an end-of term review of the 2019-2023 Sydney Water Operating Licence which will inform our recommendations to the Minister for Water for a new operating licence to commence on 1 July 2024.
