Register of Access Agreements
The IPART Act requires NSW government agencies to notify the Tribunal when they enter into an agreement to provide access to their public infrastructure.
We keep public registers of agreements for use of the rail infrastructure owned by the NSW Government’s Transport Asset Holding Entity (TAHE).
