Pursuant to section 2.44 of the Code, the Tribunal is extending on this occasion the period to deliver its final decisions for the Access Arrangements by the allowable period of two months, from 23 June 2004 to 23 August 2004.
The Tribunal seeks submissions on CRP’s proposed access arrangement by 26 September 2005. The manner in which submissions should be made is set out in this advertisement.
