Ben joined IPART in 2016 and has been General Counsel since 2018. He has responsibility for IPART's legal, risk and internal audit functions.

Before working at IPART, Ben's career was in private legal practice and as a mediator in a cross-cultural setting.

Ms Fiona Towers has over 30 years’ experience in price regulation, economics and public administration. She currently holds the position of Executive Director, Pricing and Policy at IPART.

Fiona a currently a member of ESS committee.   Fiona was a member of IPART’s local government Delegated Committee from July 2018 to February 2019.  Fiona was also IPART’s chief audit executive from January 2014 to February 2019. Through this experience, Fiona has a strong knowledge of governance and risk issues in regulatory areas. 

Prior to her time at IPART, Fiona worked in economic, accounting and compliance positions in both the public and private sectors.
