We've released a Draft Report on the review of IPART's discount rate methodology for local government infrastructure contributions.

This review seeks to ensure our approach is fit for purpose and supports timely, cost‑reflective local infrastructure.

Interested local government and property development stakeholders can make a submission by 15 May 2026.
