IPART will commence its assessment of Lane Cove Council’s revised St Leonards South Precinct Contributions Plan (SLS CP). This will be the 2nd time that IPART has assessed the SLS CP.
Our assessment will consider whether the SLS CP meets the criteria as set out in the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure’s Practice Note. We will publish a Draft Report on our assessment findings and recommendations. At that time, we will welcome submissions from any interested parties.
Contributions under SLS CP will fund infrastructure to cover a projected population increase of about 3,629 people. This will affect future and existing residents and developers.
