Chief Executive Officer
Andrew has been the Chief Executive Officer at IPART since January 2023 and is the Deputy Tribunal member for Carmel Donnelly. In his extensive public sector career spanning more than 40 years, Andrew has worked across a diverse range of sectors including transport, better regulation, finance, insurance, environment, natural resources and land management.
Andrew has been at the forefront of a range of regulatory and policy reforms in NSW, recognised by the award of the Public Service Medal in 2018.
