In his extensive public sector career spanning more than 40 years, Andrew has worked across a diverse range of sectors including transport, better regulation, finance, insurance, environment, natural resources and land management.
Andrew has been at the forefront of a range of regulatory and policy reforms in NSW, recognised by the award of the Public Service Medal in 2018.
