This report is the second report presented by the Water Industry Forum to the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (the Tribunal or IPART).

In December 2008, IPART released it's final report and determination of CityRail's fares for 2009-2012 period. Consistent with the determination CityRail has proposed new fares from 3 January 2010.

IPART has completed its review of CityRail’s fares for 2009-2012. IPART’s final decision on fares from 2009 is set out in its final report.

Errata to the Bulk Water Prices 2001 Determination No 3 published 24 January 2002

The Tribunal regulates the prices of bulk water extracted from regulated rivers, unregulated rivers and groundwater sources that State Water and the Department of Natural Resources may charge.

IPART reviewed the maximum prices State Water Corporation State Water can charge for bulk water services.

The Minister for Energy has requested that the Tribunal conduct a review of the system performance standards in Sydney Water’s Operating Licence by 11 April 2001.

This Determination details the maximum prices that the NSW Office of Water can charge users for water management activities from 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2014.

The Tribunal has released its final report for the 2009 market based electricity purchase cost allowance.

This determination is no longer in effect. Customer contributions towards the costs of augmentation of a distribution system are now regulated by the AER.

On 16 September 2003 the Minister requested the Tribunal under section 43EA of the ESA to investigate and report on the determination of regulated retail tariffs and regulated retail charges for the period 1 July 2004 to 30 June 2007.
