The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) is determining the prices that Sydney Desalination Plant Pty Limited can charge for its water for the period to 30 June 2017.

In June 2007 IPART finalised voluntary transitional pricing arrangements with the standard gas suppliers in NSW for the regulated retail prices. IPART developed a specific agreement with each of the standard suppliers, including Country Energy.
