This letter provides the council’s response to comments and questions we ran out of time for during our public hearing.
We have deferred our end-of-term review of WaterNSW’s Operating Licence. We plan to recommend that the Minister grants WaterNSW a 2–year interim licence on similar terms and conditions to the existing licence.
We set out our proposed approach to the review and issues we have identified with the current regulatory framework.
We have released an Issues Paper for the Review of the NSW Rail Access Undertaking.
