IPART has been asked by the Minister for Customer Service to evaluate the scope and effectiveness of the NSW competitive neutrality policies and processes.
The Department of Planning Industry and Environment has written to us, confirming the date of an extension to our review. Our final report will now be due on 18 February 2022.
