The Premier has issued an amended Terms of Reference extending the due date for our Final Report to 21 September 2025 to provide more time for IPART to consider matters raised by stakeholders. There are no changes to the tasks in the Terms of
IPART engaged independent experts Aither to review WaterNSW’s proposed operating and capital expenditure over the 2025 determination period for its Greater Sydney business.
This is the legal instrument that would give effect to the draft decisions made in our Draft Report. This July Draft Determination supersedes the May Draft Determination.
