IPART has approved True Water DTR Pty Ltd’s application to vary the Ashbourne scheme approval under section 7K of the Water Industry Competition Act 2006.
IPART has received this application from APA Group Limited to transfer a reticulator’s authority between two of its subsidiaries.
The submission period is now open and will close on 19 January 2026.
