Mr Wing brings extensive regulatory and public sector leadership experience to the role, including most recently as the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner.

Have your say on potential changes to Hunter Water's operating licence.

The licence sets out the terms and conditions that Hunter Water must follow when providing water, wastewater and stormwater services to its customers across the Lower Hunter region. The licence aims to protect customers, public health, the environment and service quality.

New protections for embedded network customers

We are inviting feedback on how new price caps and billing requirements for embedded networks should be implemented.

Embedded networks are private energy networks, where an operator or retailer pays to receive energy from the grid and then on-sells that energy to customers at the site.

We've released draft recommendations as part of our review into the fees Electronic Lodgment Network Operators (ELNOs) may charge for eConveyancing services.

ELNOs provide the digital platforms used to complete property transactions, including lodgment, settlement and registration.
