On 21 March 2022, we received the underlying data for the Annual Review.

This is the legal instrument that would give effect to the decisions made in our Draft Report.

The Draft Determination is the legal instrument for our draft pricing decisions relating to the maximum prices SDP could charge from 1 July 2017.

WaterNSW has proposed we set prices for 1 year only, from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. This Fact Sheet sets out the key issues relating to the determination period and provides context for stakeholders.

NSW Office of Water has requested that the Tribunal consider deferring the review by 12 months. This is currently being considered and IPART’s response will be posted on this website when it is available.
