IPART is reviewing the regulatory framework for train operators to access NSW rail network. IPART has
released its draft report and recommendations and is calling for submissions.

IPART is required to submit a report on the compliance of the electricity and gas licensees to the Minister by 31 October each year. The report is publicly released after being tabled in Parliament.
