| Licence and compliance |
The current operating licence commenced 1 July 2022 and expires 30 June 2027. The licence includes a customer contract and is supported by a reporting manual. This 2022-2027 reporting manual is effective from 1 July 2022, but for the 1 September 2022 and 1 October 2022 reports, Hunter Water must report in accordance with the 2017 - 2022 reporting manual. We conducted a review of the 2017-2022 operating licence with the new licence to apply from 1 July 2022. Our most recent operational audit is available here. |
