Hunter Water

The current Hunter Water operating licence (opens in a new window)  commenced 1 July 2017 and expires 30 June 2022. 

The licence includes a customer contract (opens in a new window)  and is supported by a reporting manual.

The previous operating licence and the customer contract expired on 30 June 2017. It was supported by a reporting manual.

We reported on licence compliance in 2015/16.

Sydney Water

The current Sydney Water operating licence  commenced 1 July 2015 and expires 30 June 2020. 

The licence includes a customer contract (opens in a new window)  and is supported by reporting manual.

The previous reporting manual was in place from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2017.

We reported on licence compliance in 2016/17.

WaterNSW

The WaterNSW operating licence commenced 1 July 2017 and expires 30 June 2022.

The licence is supported by a reporting manual.

The 2013-2018 WaterNSW (State Water) licence and 2012-2017 WaterNSW (Sydney Catchment Authority) licence ended on 30 June 2017.  These licences were supported by the State Water Corporation reporting manual and the Sydney Catchment Authority reporting manual.
